and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the

A. Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address,
password/credentials, and gender preference to personalize your experience.
- User Content: We collect the photos you upload, including photos of yourself
("User Avatars") and photos of your clothing items ("Wardrobe Items"). We also collect any
captions, comments, or other content you post to the Style Feed.
- Support Communications: Only information you provide when you contact us for
support.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: We collect insights on how you interact with the Service, such as
features used, time spent, buttons tapped, and screens visited.
- Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including
model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (like IDFV).
- Crash Logs: If the app crashes, we collect error logs to help us fix the issue.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To Provide the Service: We use your User Avatars and Wardrobe Items to generate
Virtual Try-On images and outfit suggestions.
- AI Processing: Your photos are processed by our artificial intelligence
algorithms (hosted on secure cloud providers) to create the try-on visualizations.
- Personalization: We use your preferences and interaction history to show you
relevant content in the Style Feed and Dopamine Feed.
- Communication: To send you service updates, security alerts, and support
messages.
- Analytics: To understand user behavior and improve the app's performance.
- Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent
activity.
4. AI & Biometric Data Processing
The Service utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide virtual try-on and wardrobe
analysis features.
Explicit Consent: By using the Virtual Try-On feature, you explicitly consent to
the processing of your facial and body images by our AI systems. This processing is strictly
limited to generating outfit visualizations and analyzing clothing items/outfits.
We do NOT use this data for facial recognition surveillance or identity verification purposes. We do
NOT share your raw biometric data with third parties for their own training purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the
following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party cloud and computing providers
(such as Google Cloud and Supabase) to host our infrastructure and process images. These
providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data security agreements.
- Public Features: If you post content to the public Style Feed (e.g., Battles,
Outfit Shares), that content (image, caption, username) will be visible to other users of the
app.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order,
or governmental regulation, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of DripCheck AI and
its users.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets,
your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at
any time via the "Delete Account" option in the app settings. Upon deletion, data is removed
from active databases immediately (subject to backup latencies).
- Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your
data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (DB encryption). However, no method of
transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we
will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us
with personal information, please contact us.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state,
province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from
those of your jurisdiction. Our servers are primarily located in the United States.
