Welcome to FitCheck - Virtual Try-On ("FitCheck", "we", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a social platform for style discovery, virtual try-ons, and fashion interaction.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and social features (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Data
• Profile Information: Username, profile picture, gender, and bio. This information is PUBLIC and visible to other users.
• User Content: Photos of yourself ("Avatars"), clothing items ("Closet"), and outfits you post to the Style Feed or Outfit Battles.
• Social Data: Likes, votes, comments, and followers/following lists.

B. Device & Usage Data
We collect information about your device (IP address, device type) and your activity on the App (pages visited, battles voted on).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide Social Features: Displaying your outfits in the Style Feed, entering your looks into Outfit Battles, and calculating voting results.
• To Generate AI Images: Processing your photos to create virtual try-on results.
• To Facilitate Referrals: Tracking referral codes to award free try-ons.

4. Publicly Visible Information

Please be aware that FitCheck is a social platform.
• Public Posts: Any outfit you post to the "Style Feed" or "Outfit Battles" is public and visible to all users.
• Battle Participation: When you join a battle, your outfit and username are displayed to other users for voting.
• Profile: Your username, stats (followers, wins), and public posts are visible on your profile.

5. AI Processing & Third Parties

We utilize trusted third-party services:
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI): For secure image processing.
• Supabase: For database and authentication.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and social data (likes, comments) are permanently removed.

7. Children's Privacy

Strict Age Limit: Our Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover a user is under 13, we will delete their account immediately.
