1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FitCheck ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Community Guidelines (Zero Tolerance)

FitCheck is a positive community for style. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree NOT to:
• Post content that is illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or violent.
• Bully, harass, or threaten other users.
• Post content that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or orientation.
• Spam or solicit other users.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user found violating these guidelines immediately and without notice. Users can report objectionable content via the in-app "Report" button, which we review within 24 hours.

3. User Generated Content (UGC) License

You retain ownership of the photos and outfits you upload. However, by posting content to the "Style Feed" or entering "Outfit Battles", you grant FitCheck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Service for the purpose of operating the App (e.g., showing your outfit to voters).

4. Virtual Try-On & AI Disclaimer

The Service uses AI to generate images. These are simulations. We make no warranties about the accuracy, realism, or "fit" of the generated clothing. Outputs are provided "AS IS".

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Subscriptions: Auto-renewing subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Cancellations: You must cancel via your device settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple/Google, not FitCheck.

6. Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at legal@fitcheckai.org with a DMCA takedown notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitCheck is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or offensive content posted by other users. You use the Service at your own risk.
